Five selectable alarm tones are available on the system including: identify call, assist, emergency, reminder and maintenance to make the system as user-friendly and simple to operate.

Multiple zones can be programmed for each panel, plus the call logger is built-in, automatically recording the history of the events.

The panel also allows you to modify screen savers and tones to your individual preference.

In the event of a power failure, a battery pack is included. The new Touchsafe ATX5000 Call Point provides ‘next call waiting’ at the bedside, allowing faster response and improved staff efficiency, not to mention reassurance for patients that their call has been received.

Why is the Aid Call System the Safest?

Anti-Microbial Protection As Standard clear
All elements of the new Touchsafe range which need to be touched or handled are embedded with powerful, life-long anti-microbial additives to help combat the spread of infections such as e-coli and MRSA.
Class 1 Safety Compliant
clear
Wireless emergency communications equipment must comply with the EN3000 220-2 (2007) Class 1 requirements which are mandatory for essential life-safety systems.  Touchsafe products are designed to meet all applicable safety standards.
Secure Dedicated Alarm Frequency
clear
Touchsafe is the only nursecall system to use the dedicated 869 alarm frequency to ensure patient safety. With its unique two-way system, the call point receives an acknowledgement guaranteeing that all calls are received securely.
Wireless Flexibility
clear
Wireless systems give all the functionality of a hard-wired system but with the added benefit of complete flexibility. The alarm system goes wherever the client is: the client does not have to be tied to the one bed location as is the case with a hard wired call point. The wire-free nature of the system allows the call points to be located and then re-located in any required location, without the need of an engineering call out.
